I can't speak for the corn and tomato seeds, but small batches of 
Arabidopsis seeds, including some of the ones you mentioned, can be 
obtained from the ARABIDOPSIS BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE CENTER at Ohio 
State: http://aims.cps.msu.edu/aims/.
