bugs help!!

I have several carnivorous plants that have some kind of pests. They
look like half a grain of rice. Colour of them is grey, black, and
white. When I crushed them they are very juicy!!!.

How can I get rid of them whitout killing my carnivrous plants. I do not
know what to do as those plants I guess are very sensitive to toerh
chemicals.
