Plant-Ed, Swift has an Internet site: http://www.swiftmicroscope.com/ They are serious about service and parts for anything they have sold. They claim "life-time warranty" against defects and "...parts from every model we have produced...". I have found them true to their word. I have had poor service from companies they do NOT recommend. David
