Daylilies (Hemerocallis), both the buds and the flowers are excellent.
They make beautiful garnishes in salads. Lily flowers (Lilium), I have
heard are also good.
Violets--garnishes and violet jelly. Also candied.
Borage -- beautiful garnishes.
