Barry Meatyard's suggestion to use Avena fatua seeds is a great one, but
obtaining those seeds might be difficult. I know there are several other
species of wild grasses in the US and other parts of the world that also
behave this way. Could those of you who know the names of these (both
common and scientific names will help) let us know so we can build a list
from which to try to locate at least one. I know I have seen others
mentioned, but finding out where is a non-trivial task.
Thank you, Barry, and all who are willing to help.
Janice
