Where can I buy white sage seeds?

I'm looking for WHITE sage seeds. Can someone direct me to a seed catalog,
or garden store that might carry the seed or plants? I'm in Kentucky. I
understand that this plant is a native of the western states. Can it
survive winters outdoors in Ky. climate? Thanks very much. Please respond by
