fossil coal ball source

I am teaching a survey of the plant kingdom course for K-12 teachers.  I
have several fossil coal balls of my own, but I am looking for a source
that the teachers can use to get their own.  I thought that Ward's sold
them, but they are not in their current catalog.  Does anyone know of a
commercial source of them?
If anyone would like the simple procedure for making coal ball peels, let
me know and I can e-mail the method (or post to group)
