There are several resources available on the web.

1. http://www.gardenweb.com/forums/
The "Gardenweb Forum" web site has 200+ discussion groups with a questions
and answers format and searchable archives.

2. http://www.garden.org
The National Gardening Association website has just added message boards
organized by subject matter.  They also have question and answer services
available.

3. http://www.garden.com
A commercial site that has a "Garden Doctor" who takes questions.

4. http://www.gardens.com
For those blessed enough to live on the west coast, this site specializes
in gardening in the San Francisco Bay area.
