Electronic Companions to ...

All,  Does anyone know what happened to "Cogito Learning Media" ?  They
used to publish a CD-ROM series called "Companion to (Genetics,
Molecular Cell Biology, etc)" that I thought were good supplements to
textbooks.  The company has apparently changed or disappeared. 

Are these CDs still available anywhere ?
