greenhouse exhaust fan

The exhaust fan (EF23) in the Biology greenhouse is not operating 
properly.  The louvers do not open which means that the fan is working 
against a lot of resistance.  I shut the fan off manually  so that it
would 
not burn out.  If it is possible to fix it this week, before it gets
warm 
again,  that would be great.
