[Plant-education] phloroglucinol stain

Dropper bottle 1: 0.1g phloroglucin in 10 mL 95%EToH. 

Dropper bottle 2: 25% HCl.

1 drop of each to specimen in question to stain lignin red.

OR

Saturated solution of phloroglucinol in 18% HCl in a single dropper
bottle.
