Following the success of our Interactive Flora of the British Isles, we are delighted to announce the publication of Heukels' Interactieve Flora van Nederland version 2.0. Heukels' Flora is the standard work on the flora of the Netherlands and the 23rd edition of his book "Heukels' Flora van Nederland" by R. van der Meijden (2005) continues to provide the foundation for Dutch botanical information. 

The completely updated 23rd edition includes the latest opinions on plant evolution based on worldwide DNA research. However, the DVD-ROM offers much more than the book. This digital flora is illustrated with over 9000 illustrations. Key new features compared to version 1.0: New taxonomy (based on DNA sequencing); Over 200 more species; 2500 additional pictures; and, Updated distribution maps.
