The Biology Department at Bucknell University invites applications for two
entry-level tenure-track Assistant Professor positions to begin August
2008. The successful candidates will teach introductory courses for majors

involves talented undergraduates and attracts extramural funding. Ph.D. or
ABD, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and a strong research record are
required. Postdoctoral experience is preferred.
We are seeking a broadly trained ORGANISMAL, ECOLOGICAL, or EVOLUTIONARY

interdisciplinary programs of Neuroscience, Animal Behavior, or
Environmental Studies, but all research areas will be considered.
We are also seeking a broadly trained CELL or MOLECULAR

molecular biology discipline will be considered; areas of particular
interest that would complement existing strengths in the department are
