The subscription requested was handled yesterday.  Tony correctly
noted the proper subscription address in his posting.  While I
routinely scan the newsgroups and enter such subscription requests,
please be aware that requests sent to the newsgroups bother everyone
else on the lists.  Although they will be acted upon, please use the
biosci address either at genbank.bio.net or daresbury.ac.uk depending
upon your side of the Atlantic.  The U.S. site also handles Pacific
Rim country subscriptions.
