enzyme kinetic data

Dear netter,

I am interested in the control of carbon metabolism in plants including the
Calvin cycle, starch and sucrose metabolism, respiration etc...
I need informations on the kinetics properties of many enzymes (Vmax, Km,
inhibitors, effectors ...)
Is there a data-base containing such informations accessible (or not) via 
the net?
