American Chestnut Cross-pollenization

Hi I'm posting for a friend. His question is:

Does anyone know of any American Chestnut trees still capable of flowering
in the southwestern Ontario region? I'm interested in the location
of specific specimens. I'm hoping to obtain viable pollen to be used
in cross-pollenization of a local tree (Cedar Creek Conservation Area,
Essex County Ontario). Any other information pertaining to this would be appreciated.
