yeast alpha-leader antiserum

Working with the immunogold technique (EM) for localization of antigens
in yeast cells with recombinant plasmids incorparated, I am very interested
to get an antiserum against yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) alpha-leader.
 
Do you know where to get such an antiserum?  Do you know about another
newsgroup which could be more relevant for asking?
