RUBISCO mRNA

Hello all!
I make potato cDNA lib in lambda-gt11 and I have to check how 
representative
is it. I'll screen it with RUBISCO DNA probe. 
Could somebody tell me what frequency of the RUBISCO clones in the lib 
I could
expect? Another words what's expected frequency of the RUBISCO mRNA 
among the
total mRNAs of the plant (potato) cell?
