Looking for information on Brassica cytogenetics

Hello,
I'm looking for any information on in situ hybridization techniques on 
Brassicas.
Any technical tips, protocols, citations of published papers will be 
very appreciated. Particularly, interested in overcoming of a big 
problem of small size of brassica chromosomes to observe those un



observe those under microscope.
