Arabidopsis Light Study

I hope someone out there can help me with this...

I was talking to a colleague recently who told me about a paper he'd 
seen where Arabidopsis was raised under monochromatic light from 
germination to seed production.  Apparently, this treatment affected
the progeny somehow.  He didn't remember the source, unfortunately.
I'd really appreciate any hints as to the identity of the authors
or the journal.
