in situ hybridization in plants

Hi All,
I recently received the below question in an E-mailing from a friend and
since I did not know anything about in situ hybridization I informed her
I would post her question here.  Please respond to Anne McGrain at
akm2 at cornell.edu.


 "       Do you know anyone doing in situ hybridization, particularly on
seeds/embryos?  I'm particularly interested in automatic tissue
processing."
