Agrobact mediated trans and B-glucans??

Hello,

I am a graduate student trying to increase transformation efficiency of 
Brassica, Canola, with Agrobact mediated transforamtion.  I know that 
B-1,2 glucan is transported into the periplasmic space by a transport protein
produced by chvE.  Is this altered to an elicitor e.g B-1,3 glucan?.  Are there
any elicitors attatched to the bacterial cell wall that elicit the wounding 
response?
