I was wondering if anyone has tried a prewounding treatment of the Canola? I was thinking of using a solution of elicitors (glucans, pectic substances) or wound hormones to increase the response of the plant to transformation. Any help would be appreciated. Ian Murray Murrayian at phibred.com
