promotorless Kn transgene

Hi,
   I would like to know whether anybody out there has a line of tobacco transfo
rmed with NPT gene without promoter or another essential sequence, i.e. a plant
which carries majority of Kn resistance gene DNA sequence but is however Kn sen
sitive because the gene is not expressed.
