Keep an eye on the results of the poll for bionet.molbio.yeast.  You may even
still be able to vote: mail biovote at net.bio.net and say "yes on yeast".  Its
supposed to be mostly about yeast but I bet if you talk up fungi, it could 
evolve into something more, or a new group could emerge.
