Info needed on embryogenesis!

Does anyone out there know any secrets about the best way to regenerate
   cells in a culture?  (eg. the best growth regulators to use {or
   avoid}, the optimal physical or chemical factors to incorporate, etc.)
Any info, no matter how simple, would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!
