plant specific primers for internal control

Does    Would anyone care to volunteer the sequences of
any primers that would be useful for an internal control
for pcr?  The criteria are: these must amplify a plant
specific sequence, and the gene must be relatively erved
conserved so that it would amplify DNA from a wide range of taxa.
I would also prefer a "proven" pair of primer sequences.
