Neptunus species

I bought a plant, namely Neptunus terracoth, from a nursery.
It looks like ordinary plastic grass. It is imported from Netherland.
I can't find the latin name in any Plants dictionary.
Is it a species of Lichen, or Fungi? or just as some said, anmail?
