Plant Biotech. MS Needed

I'm helping in the search for a Master's position in plant 
biotechnology.  The female individual in a Biotechnology major at North 
Dakota State University and a McNair scholarship recipient.  She would 
prefer a university in the nothern third of the USA.   She has high 
aspirations and goals and would like a research assistantship, based on 
her 2.5 year background in laboratory research as an undergraduate.
