Some days ago there was a brief message on Norwegian radio about a new plant
discovered in Australia this year, the known population counting some 20-30
plants. The discovery was described as sensational, the plant (species?
genus? higher rank?) was previously thought extinct some 170 mill. years
ago, it was said.
Can anybody tell what kind of plant this is? It was referred to as a pine
species, but this could mean any conifer, I think.
Hoping for a live Lebachia or Cordaites,
