tissue culture recipes

Does anyone know of document containing many common plant tissue 
culture recipes available via computer?  I am looking for something 
that would be useful to students in making media, handling plant 
hormone solutions and/or sterilization techniques.

Please let me know if you have seen such a thing available by gopher 
or FTP.
