Project Green Gene

Project Green Gene is looking for methods for the purification of plant 
DNA and RNA. There are differences in the constituents of plant leaves 
and stems which is making the isolation of RNA and DNA quite difficult.

The preservation of plant genes is the goal of this project. The 
construction of cDNA libraries requires the establishment of a compendium
of methods which can be used in the field.
