According to Jack Herer's "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" from 75-90% of allpaper in the world was made with hemp fiber until 1883. Some works printed on hemp include currency (incl. U.S.), maps, the Gutenberg Bible, the King James Bible and the work of Fitz Hugh Ludlow, Mark Twain, Victor Hugo, lewis Carroll and just about everything else including the 1st and 2nd drafts of the Declarat-ion of Independence.
It is also believed that the Chinese have used Hemp paer since the 1st century A.D. This is just a fraction of the uses of HEMP. If you'd like to learn more about the world's best (ex-)cash-crop pick up a copy of "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" and you'll be a fountain of knowledge. Hope I could help, Toby Schroder

P.S. Why is this group so quite towards the plant that could change the political, economic, ecological and general well beingof this planet?
