Northern blots, PCR, recombinant DNA techniques involving cloning strategies,
genomic mapping and screening, DNA sequencing, silver sequence; DNA
Fingerprinting using PCR-based assays. Silver stained polyacrylamide DNA gels
(DAF); Ethidium bromide stained agarose DNA gels (RAPD).
