african violets...newsgroup?

Does anyone know of a newsgroup, or would anyone else be interested in 
the origination of such a group, devoted to african violets?  How about 
other gesneriads?  I am interested almost exclusively in violets, but any 
group where they are a frequent subject of discussion would be of 
interest to me.  If anyone knows of such a group or would be interested
