Hi, I have a Hoya carnosa too at home. It blooms very easily. I have it my western window too (but there is not so much sunshine), but I am watering it very scarcely. Perhaps you should give it less water. I even put one in hydro and it grows and blooms very well. Are you sure you have a H.carnosa? Cheers, Gabriele
