Gibberelic Acid Solution Help

I believe that  you may observe a response (seed germination) by soil applicati
on of gibberellic acid. The  soil matrix probably contains small amounts of GA
due to secrestions from  fungi and plant roots. I am not sure of the stability
of GA in soils,but suugest that concentrations applied be somewhat higher than
those used in most other types of bioassay. I would start with solutions of 1 m
icromolar and go upwards from there.
