Dear Netters,

I would like some information on chemiluminescent detection of
beta-glucuronidase (GUS). Who sells the reagents? Which luminometer do you
recommend for microtiter plate assays? Is the chemiluminescent assay easier or
more sensitive than the fluorometric assay? Protocols for use with plant
samples would be much appreciated. I posted this message to the methods and
reagents group and got no responses. I'm hoping the plant community will have
some answers for me. Please reply via e-mail as I do not subscribe to this
group. I will post a summary if I receive any responses. Thanks in advance!
