Salt Stress in Tropical Woody Legumes

Hiya,

At the moment I am studying the species Prosopis chilensis and
cineraria at Coventry University in England.  I am salt stressing
whole plants and also salt stressing excised shoots in vitro
culture.  If anyone is able to give some advice on this I would be
really grateful.  Also, if anyone has any references on past work
