Ajowain (Carum copticum) Information

If anyone can assist me in my research on the optimum growing regime for 
ajowain I would be very grateful.  I need to know about the growth, 
development, harvesting and essential oil processing of ajowain fruit.  Any 
references to information sources, texts or scientific reports would also be 
greatly appreciated.
