Endangered Plants

I'm trying to find out about endangered plants anywhere in the world
for a school project. Specifically, I need to know why a endangered
plant is endangered, in other words, why is the plant in trouble. Can
someone suggest a good source on Internet for this information? I have
found lists of endangered plants but no reason why they are
endangered.
