Shoot regen [Ri] Hairy roots

Hi there,

We are having some difficulties regenerating shoots
from Rhizogenes induced hairy roots (LBA9402).

We have successfully selected for binary plasmid inserts
by kan and/or hyg selection and now need to regenerate
shoots from actively growing roots.

Our current regime appears to be only producing yellow callus.

The organism is Brassica (napus [c.v. Westar and RCB] and 
rapa [RCB])

Does anyone have any advice for hormone and light/temp
regimes?
