HELP needed Italian squash seeds

Can anyone supply info on a source of seeds for a long, light green Italian squash called 'cacuzza'. I'm sure 
the spelling is wrong but that is how I remember my dear old nanna pronouncing it. I once thought it was the 
same as a plant called coccozelle but am not sure. With all the hybrids around, alot of these older varieties 
seem to be disappearing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
