You can ask the Nottingham Arbidopsis Stock Centre for the seed
list (Dr. Mary Anderson E-mail: PLZMLH at UK. AC.NOTTINGHAM.
CCC.VAX) or the Ohio Arabidopsis Stock Centre (Randy Scholl E-
mail: Arabidopsis+ at osu.edu). They list in the last Catalog : axr
1, axr 2, aux 1, dwf 1. These are all agravitropic in the roots
and axr 2 in the shoot too. Other agravitropic mutants, however,
have been isolated, e.g. rgr 1 (Simmons, Migliaccio, Masson,
Caspar and Soll, 1995), agr 1, agr 2, agr 3 (Maher and Bell,1990)
and wavy 6 (Okada and Shimura 1992). For these last mutants you
can ask the authors. They are listed in "The multinational
coordinated Arabidopsis thaliana genome research project,
progress year 3 (you can get the last edition from the USA at the
NSF, but ask the Arabidopsis Centres for this too).
I am interested also in agravitropic mutants. Who knows about
more of them ?

Best wishes,

Fernando Migliaccio
