Immunolocalization in plant cells

Dear all,
Could anyone give me some guidelines for doing immunolocalizations inside 
plant cells? The problem I have is how to get the antibodies inside the
cells. 
Are there any special pretreatments that make the cells permeable to 
antibodies?
If this is not the right group to answer this question could 
someone please point me in the right direction!
