Do you have access to a flow hood (lamina-flow cabinet)? If the answer is no, then contact me again. If it is "yes", you do not need much in terms of equipment to start, and if you have access to chemicals (standard high school chemistry lab will have enough to start). I suggest that you consult this book: "Plants from test tubes" by Lydiane Kyte.
