Zeneca have released a nematode pathogen of slugs for organic slug
controll. From the blurb I've just read in a gardening magazine , under
normal conditions these pathogens should be effective for up to six weeks.
Why only six weeks?
presumably this nematode normaly exists in the soil so why does it not set
up a normal host/paracite equilibrium .
Can someone please enlighten me
