endangered plant list

I have a listing of California endangered plant species put out by 
the 
Native Plant Society.  Perhaps this organization has also compiled a list 
for North America as a whole?

A list of endangered plants sounds like a "government" type of thing.  
You may try the U.S. Fish and Wildlife on the national level, and State 
Fish and Game (Game and Fish) on the state level.
