Grayia spinosa / Atriplex spinosa

Dear Reader,
I am wanting to study the seed germination of Grayia spinosa (spiny
hopsage).  I understand that there is no evidence of recent seed
germination in se Washington, but there is, in other parts of the country
(ie...sw Mont, Wyo, Colo, and /or s Cal.  If anyone has information about
this, or can refer me to someone that does...it would be greatly
