We plan to inoculate 500,000 plants with many different strains of TCV (turnip crinkle virus). Usually individual plants are wounded during inoculation to facilitate infection. If anyone has ideas on how to inoculate 20-30 plants at a time with one virus strain, it would be a great help. Thanks.
